Are You Ready for Mobilegeddon?

As you may have heard, on April 21st Google will be changing their algorithm in a way that will make it much more difficult for websites that are not mobile-friendly to show up in searches done on mobile devices.  Some smart-ass marketing person dubbed this event “mobilegeddon” (ok, I admit, I wish I had thought of that one first) due to the potentially severe negative impact it could have on a lot of unsuspecting website owners.
